5 Easy Steps To Prepare Yourself For A Long Flight

Before I get on a plane to take a long flight somewhere this is how I prepare.

Step 1 Drink plenty of water. Staying hydrated when traveling at such an high altitude is key for the body to work at its best.

Step 2 Pick the right seat. Since I am taller individual I tend to pick an isle seat since it allows me to stretch my legs out a little more.

Step 3 Wear comfortable clothes. This one is kind of a no brainer

Step 4 If I’ve been having trouble sleeping the previous nights Ill take some melatonin which is a natural sleep aid.

Step 5 Pack headphones with noise cancellation. I love using my Bose headphones for long flights. They cancel out the hum of the plane, and I’ll typically play some soft quiet music to help me relax
